Over the winter holidays, BT branches will operate on a special schedule:

December 24 – All branches are open until 16:oo.

December 25 – We’ll be opening presents with our loved ones. Merry Christmas, everyone!

December 26–27 – Only branches in shopping centers are open, from 12:00 to 17:00.

December 28–30 – Regular hours at all BT branches.

December 31 – All branches are open until 15:00, and BT branches in shopping centers are open until 16:00.

January 1 – We’re enjoying a fresh start, so all branches will be closed.

January 2–3 – Only branches in shopping centers are open, from 12:00 to 17:00.

On December 24 and 31, BT Italia has special hours and is open from 08:30 to 13:15, while on December 25, January 1 and January 6 the branch will be closed.
