The wish to work for a 100% Romanian bank led our colleague from Cluj, Alexandru Tucudean, to become one of #PeopleAtTheBank we love to talk about.

Alexandru is currently a Relationship Manager in the SME Department. He joined the BT family in the second semester of the final year of his master’s at the Faculty of Business, and his passion for banking has never left him in the 4 and a half years since he started working with us.
The energy and positive feedback he gets from clients when they manage to solve a problem together convince Alexandru that “At BT, pretty much anything is possible.” 

From his stories, life at the office is awesome! Alexandru’s colleagues, who consider him a true “workaholic”, have always been by his side when he ran into obstacles, but also in special moments, such as his civil wedding day:

“I found myself in the park with the whole department and all the colleagues I interact with day to day!”, he tells us, laughing.

They also often team up for a football match, much to Alexandru’s delight, as he calls himself a big fan of this sport.
When he isn’t caught up in an intense football match or on a flight to a new adventure with his wife (they’re both passionate about travel), Chinese food and a good series are Alexandru’s way to recharge for another exciting work week.

Ah, the only thing missing from the picture right now would be two playful pups to wake him up every morning, Alex tells us—he’d love that. Hint to his wife and colleagues. #justsaying
