The ARTMania Festival will take place in Sibiu on 28–29 July, and this year Banca Transilvania is the main sponsor of the festival as well as of the first edition of the East European Music Conference. The ARTMania rock and metal festival has been held every summer in Romania since 2006.

The East European Music Conference aims to bring together leading figures from Europe’s live entertainment industry: over 500 experts, public authorities involved in regulating the creative sector, Romanian promoters and leading operators on the international festival market will be at the event to debate current industry issues.

Once the conference sessions wrap up, the ARTmania festival kicks off. Over the two days, both Romanian and international artists will perform, including Tarja, You and Me at Six, Devin Townsend Project, Lacuna Coil, Riverside, Coma, Beyond the Black and Walkways. We look forward to welcoming their fans at the BT Hub space to meet the artists at a meet & greet right after each show, between 20:00 and 00:00.

All participants will receive a festival card, which can be topped up at the designated top-up points for contactless payments. To load it, either with cash or by bank card, we will have 11 top-up points (Credit Points). They are open:

• Thursday, until 00:00
• Friday, until 01:00
• Saturday, until 02:00

At the end of the festival, if you did not go to a credit point during the opening hours above, you can get a refund of the remaining balance on your festival card by completing an online form:

1. Download the Festipay app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Register the contactless festival card in the app by entering the serial number (shown on the card) and the PIN (shown on the receipt you receive with the card)
3. Select the “Request Refund” option
4. Enter your name and IBAN

You can submit the form in the Festipay app no later than 31 July 2017, 23:59.
