What can BT Visual Help do for you?

• Temporarily or permanently block your cards
• Reissue a card after a permanent block
• Change your card transaction limits
• Account details — account name, currency, IBAN, balance, number of Star points for credit card accounts
• The transaction history for each account for the past 3 days
• Details on instalment transactions for credit cards
• Details on amounts on hold
• Details about your credit card payment obligations (minimum payment, maximum payment, amount paid, due date, number of late payments)

How does BT Visual Help work?

1. Call the BT Call Center: 0264 308 028
2. Then select the BT Visual Help option
3. You’ll receive an SMS with a link to open
4. Log in
5. Then follow the steps for what you want to do

• A smartphone with internet access and a mobile number registered with the bank.
