In Baia Mare, just as in the other places we’ve been, we asked young people why they want to become entrepreneurs. This time, we were glad to hear they want to become entrepreneurs to make a difference — to help complete the puzzle of a new society and leave their mark through a different kind of entrepreneurship.

Here’s what Cosmin Botoroga, the event’s co-organizer, told us: “We were also glad to learn that the young people who took part in the events 3-4 years ago are now entrepreneurs. We know that being a successful entrepreneur is hard, but it’s certainly not impossible. It’s about a calling, dedication, ambition, perseverance and the desire to take entrepreneurship to the next level.”

The Vreau sa fiu Antreprenor Caravan resumed this autumn, and in total there will be more than 40 events for high school and university students across the country. The VSFA events provide a platform for action and social engagement for participants and help connect them with leading entrepreneurs from Romania.
