Thinking about the next step in your career and ready to move forward? An EMBA could be the right next step — and a big one. A program like this helps you see your business more clearly, decide which strategies to use to grow it, and gain insights from other fields.

The opportunity is even greater because you can get a scholarship for the University of Hull EMBA, a 100% British business school in Cluj, with dual international accreditation from AMBA and AACSB. Apply for one of the four scholarships offered by Banca Transilvania, SIF Moldova, Electrogrup, Ziarul Financiar, Republica and Biziday. Each scholarship is worth 15,000 euros and covers the two years of study. Classes are held in Cluj-Napoca and are taught by faculty from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom.

To give you a sense of the business school in Cluj, 50 managers and entrepreneurs from across the country — and beyond — are already studying there. The school also has its first graduates, who join a global alumni community. It’s a large network: the University of Hull has business schools around the world, in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bahrain.

If you’ve decided to apply for one of the 15,000-euro scholarships, here are the steps to follow:

-         Prepare your CV in English. Include achievements in business and beyond, academic achievements, and your contribution to the community or communities;

-         Write an essay of up to 500 words, in English, on the benefits of studying for an EMBA and how you will apply what you learn, both professionally and personally;

-         Request two references, in English, from people you work or have worked with. The references must include the recommender’s contact details and the company/institution letterhead.

-         Send the above documents to office@ubbee.ro by Friday, November 3 this year, inclusive, and mention the media partner where you followed the EMBA scholarship campaign: Ziarul Financiar, Biziday or Republica.
