20 colleagues from BT’s corporate management team volunteered to build homes for low-income families at the Habitat for Humanity site in Cumpana.

The volunteers worked for two days building homes for disadvantaged families. 

Habitat for Humanity Romania plans to build 12 homes in Cumpana in a quadruplex configuration for low-income families. The need for housing in the area is significant: more than 300 people are currently on the waiting list for a home. 

More than 200 volunteers, from abroad and from Romanian companies, have worked so far on the construction of eight homes. 

We are glad that BT has been able to be part of such a complex project, thanks to our volunteers.
