BT Capital Partners, the investment banking division of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group and the exclusive Oaklins member in Romania, acted as Paralela 45’s exclusive M&A advisor in attracting the strategic investor Rainbow Tours, one of the largest travel agencies in Poland.

The preliminary acquisition agreement was concluded on May 15, 2025, with the final documents to be signed at the end of June 2025.

Paralela 45 aims to increase its market share over the next few years by capitalizing on the infusion of foreign know-how and capital.
