On 16 June this year, the court suspended the effects of the ANPC order on how loan instalments are calculated. As a result, all measures ordered by ANPC are suspended until the lawsuits brought by the bank against the penalty notice and the ANPC order are definitively resolved.

At the same time, BT reminds customers that they can choose, either from the outset or during the life of a loan, the repayment method that suits them best — equal or decreasing instalments.
