Stup, the largest hub for entrepreneurs in Romania, marks three years

Over the past three years, Stup has helped set up more than 800 businesses, 300 of which were launched in the past year. Stup provides real support for starting and growing a business, through specialist advisory, digital services, financial and non-financial solutions, events and workshops.

The figures recorded by Stup over three years reflect, on the one hand, the potential of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and, on the other, Stup’s impact on the business community:

• More than 100 people engage with Stup every day.
• 1,000 businesses have expanded their online presence, gaining access to a wider market, greater visibility and new growth prospects.
• 6,100 small businesses and start-ups obtained financing through Banca Transilvania Group’s microfinance company, BT Mic.
• 10,500 entrepreneurs have accessed around 35,000 solutions - financial/non-financial, business or digital - to address real needs such as accounting, invoicing, online marketing, cash flow management, financial analysis, legal services, accessing EU funds, recruitment, etc. These are provided by more than 20 Stup partners. Some of the solutions can also be accessed online.
• 38,000 members are part of the Stup community. Sign-up is online, on the Stup website.
• There have been 26,000 attendances at the courses run at Stup, covering more than 20 topics.
