For the fifth consecutive year, Banca Transilvania received a maximum rating for the communication with investors and shareholders. The 2023 investors communication’s assessment was conducted by the Romanian Investor Relations Association(ARIR) together with a group of specialists and was audited by Mazars Romania.

VEKTOR is the investors communication performance indicator for Romanian companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The rating is mentioned on the BVB website, on the page of each listed company. For companies present on the Regulated Market, the 2023 rating was calculated based on 10 criteria.

Banca Transilvania's communication with investors and shareholders is carried out by top management and the following teams: Financial Institutions & Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, Marketing, Communication & Public Relations and Financial Department. It includes the Investor Relations platform, online conferences for the presentation of financial results - conferences which, as of 2023, are organized in video format -, General Shareholders Meetings and Privacy notices on the BVB website.

Banca Transilvania has over 40,000 shareholders, 76% Romanian capital and 26 years of presence on the capital market. It is the first banking institution in the country listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. TLV is the most traded share on the main market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange in recent years. According to the financial communication calendar, on 26 February the bank will publish its 2023 financial results, and on 28 February it will hold its online meeting with investors and shareholders, also to present the performance of the bank and of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group for 2023.
