Banca Transilvania ranks first in Top 50 Employers on Bestjobs, based on an assessment conducted by bestjobs.ro, one of Romania’s largest recruitment platforms.

The study reflects the views expressed in 2024 by companies’ current and former employees. The resulting ranking highlights the brands and institutions that excel in organizational culture, growth opportunities and employee satisfaction.

Banca Transilvania currently has over 10,500 employees, with an average age of 38. Approximately 50% of BT’s female employees are mothers with children up to 18 years old.
