In April, the Banca Transilvania Financial Group listed its first ETF, completed the largest bond issue in Central and Eastern Europe and announced that BT Asset Management would become a shareholder in AnimaWings. At the General Meeting, shareholders appointed the Board of Directors for the 2026–2030 term and approved the proposals on dividend distribution. April also brought campaigns and many other updates.

BT Asset Management S.A.I. is joining the shareholder base of AnimaWings, at a time when the airline is accelerating its development by expanding its fleet and increasing the number of domestic and international destinations. The signing of the agreement took place in Bucharest, at AnimaWings’ head office.

BT Group launched the BT Index România ETF BET-TR. Managed by BT Asset Management, the new ETF tracks the performance of the BET-TR index, which includes the most liquid companies listed on the BVB, turning the potential of Romania’s economy into an investment opportunity.

- BT will distribute to shareholders approximately one third of its profit for 2025 as cash dividends and will grant bonus shares, following the share capital increase by incorporating reserves. Shareholders also elected the Board of Directors for the 2026–2030 term.
- BT raised EUR 1 billion through a bond issue that was nearly four times oversubscribed, a clear sign of investors’ confidence in the bank’s growth prospects.
