In the second quarter of 2026, Banca Transilvania will integrate Code Crafters to strengthen the bank’s technology function.

Code Crafters, the technology company of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group, was established in 2022 to expand capacity for developing IT solutions. Today, the team brings together almost 300 specialists with strong experience in technology and financial services.

Integrating Code Crafters into Banca Transilvania’s IT team is a natural step in consolidating a unified tech department that delivers end-to-end solutions, with a direct impact on productivity and operational efficiency.

Day-to-day operations, across all components (business as well as recruitment for open positions), will continue as planned.

The decision supports BT’s plans to develop and deliver high-performance IT solutions for the entire Banca Transilvania Financial Group, with the aim of creating scalable and secure applications. Banca Transilvania expects steady growth in demand for technology across the BT Group, essential to supporting business growth and ensuring a very good customer experience.
