BT Capital Partners, Romania’s leading investment banking and brokerage firm, has successfully acted as intermediary for the listing of Christian Tour (Christian ’76 Tour) on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), marking the debut of the first tour operator on the BVB Regulated Market, on June 22, 2026, under the ticker TRIP.

The listing follows an initial public offering in May 2026 worth 149 million lei (28.4 million euro), which was 121% subscribed.

Christian Tour’s listing is the culmination of a landmark transaction for Romania’s capital market, given the issuer’s profile, the offering’s innovative structure and the contextual challenges the company successfully navigated to bring this opportunity to prospective shareholders.
