Banca Transilvania was recognized for its contribution to the development of Romania’s capital market at the Capital Markets Forum, organized by Financial Intelligence, on September 17, 2025, in Bucharest. The event marked 30 years since the reopening of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Almost 71,000 shareholders have bought shares in Banca Transilvania, seeing TLV as an investment opportunity. With the bond issues of recent years, new categories of investors have become interested in BT shares and bonds.
With nearly 30 years on the capital market, BT is the first Romanian bank to be listed on the stock exchange and supports the local capital market as an issuer, investor, lender and intermediary through Romania’s largest broker, BT Capital Partners.
