Banca Transilvania is among the Top 100 most sought-after employers, according to the study conducted by Catalyst Solutions in 2021 – 2022 and published in January 2023.

The study gauges how attractive employers in Romania are and offers a snapshot of public perception of certain company attributes, such as: positive impact on society, specialist employees you can learn from, an attractive working environment, a focus on employee development, and support for employee wellbeing and work-life balance.

Rankings featuring Banca Transilvania:

• The 100 most sought-after employers in Romania;
• The most sought-after employers in the view of Generation Z;
• The most sought-after employers in cities such as Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iași, Brașov and Constanța;
• Positive impact on society through their work;
• Specialist employees you can learn from;
• A friendly, pleasant work atmosphere;
• A focus on employee learning and development;
• Support for employee wellbeing and work-life balance.

Study methodology:

• Almost 15,000 respondents with business, social sciences, engineering and IT and communications backgrounds;
• Responses were open and unaided;
• The Top 100 was compiled based on answers to the question, “Which are the top 5 companies you would like to work for?”

Banca Transilvania has almost 10,000 employees, around 1,600 of whom joined BT in 2022.
