Oana Ilaș receives the Women Who Change Romania award

Oana Ilaș, Executive Director, Retail Product Management and Development, BT, received the Women Who Change Romania award from the press, at the gala of the same name, organised in Bucharest by Finmedia and Piața Financiară.

The awardees are role models for the public, for their teams and companies, and for their families. They stand out through their careers across different fields, their impact and their results.

Upon receiving the award, Oana Ilaș said:

20 years ago, when I joined Banca Transilvania, I found even then an environment focused on collaboration and performance, which gave me the opportunity to grow alongside exceptional people — people I have constantly learned from and with whom I have built together. I am grateful to both my family and my colleagues, who are part of my everyday life and who have largely shaped my path so far. This award is yet another confirmation that, together with the team, we are in the right place to contribute to Romania’s progress.

At Banca Transilvania, Oana Ilaș’s responsibilities affect more than 3.3 million retail customers and include management and the development of products and services (cards, loans, savings products, bancassurance), developing digital versions of products, sales and data analytics.

At the gala, 20 people received the Women Who Change Romania title, including Nadia Comăneci; Mihaela Rus, CEO, Vitrina Advertising; Nina Moldovan, President, Winners First–Radisson Blu; and Nicoleta Negru, Director, Restructuring, KPMG Romania.
