Update 2 March, 5:00 AM: All BT apps and services are operating normally
All BT applications and services are operating normally, two hours earlier than planned, in view of the successful completion of the migration of OTP Bank România customer data to Banca Transilvania, as part of the merger of the two banks.
Important for new BT customers, former OTP Bank customers:
- The BT card replaces, as of today, 2 March, the OTP Bank România card. Please activate it at any of the Banca Transilvania ATMs.
- If you have not managed to collect your card from Banca Transilvania, you can also use, starting today, 2 March, a digital (debit) card via BT Pay. You can download the app from Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery.
Thank you all.
Initial announcement:
24 February: Some BT services will be unavailable or will function partially from 1 March (1:30 a.m.) to 2 March (7:00 a.m.)
Certain Banca Transilvania services will be unavailable or will function partially starting 1 March, at 1:30 a.m. (overnight Friday/Saturday) until 2 March, at 7:00 a.m. (Sunday).
