Banca Transilvania will test its IT systems on Sunday morning, January 21, between 3 – 6 AM. This testing will cause intermittent service for BT cards and for the BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications during that interval.

Continuity testing is intended to improve service quality for customers by checking the IT systems to prevent disruptions.

Banca Transilvania’s recommendations for its customers are as follows:

• ensure you have some cash on hand for Sunday morning
• make card payments and BT24 transactions outside the time window mentioned
• if you need to make payments on Sunday between 3 and 6 AM, retry card or online payments
