"Beyond banking, there are certain skills that can really help you get noticed by recruiters. Perhaps the most important for me is curiosity — curiosity in the sense of being hungry for knowledge, someone who is interested in studying different fields, industries and trends, and who can pick up and apply the interesting things they discover in their own area. When you want to broaden your horizons, you naturally find solutions and ideas come to you."
