BT’s branch in Iulius Mall Cluj-Napoca has moved to a new location within the same shopping mall, bringing the BT Mall Banking concept even closer to Cluj residents: the new premises have a modern design, offer self-service banking, will feature exclusive offers and introduce state-of-the-art technology.

The new BT location offers the following self-service banking options:

• The multifunctional ATM lets you carry out multiple banking operations throughout the mall’s opening hours: cash deposits, withdrawals in RON and foreign currency for individuals, Western Union money transfers and bill payments, currency exchange, cash deposits for businesses and transfers between accounts.
• The touchscreen gives access to the loan simulator; lets you apply online for BT products and services; allows you to ask the bank’s team questions on financial and banking topics via the “Intreb Banca Transilvania” digital platform; and provides information on exchange rates or BT branches.

In addition, children can have fun in a dedicated play area while parents handle their banking.
