The BT Express terminal has new features that help simplify the way Banca Transilvania customers bank. It is another step by BT in investing in digital and technology.

BT Express is different from BT Express Plus. The former is the payments terminal previously known as Facturel, initially dedicated solely to bill payments; since this April it has also accepted cash deposits into your own account and foreign exchange. On top of these come the new options launched today. Unlike BT Express, BT Express Plus is the multifunctional ATM, but both support self-service banking.

Features of the BT Express terminal:

• New: cash deposits (lei, euro, dollars), including to a BT account other than your own; transfers between your own accounts; opening term deposits; balance inquiry; generating an account statement and receiving it by email.
• Cash deposits in lei, euro or dollars into your current account. From this April, when this feature was launched, through the end of September this year, more than 100,000 account deposits per month were made via BT Express.
• Cash foreign exchange, with the funds credited to your BT account, as well as foreign exchange between your own accounts.
• Bill payment - in cash or by card - by scanning the barcode. In the first nine months of 2017, more than 5.3 million bills were paid via BT Express.

Banca Transilvania has more than 470 BT Express terminals in most of its branches nationwide.
