BT scored 9.5 out of 10 in the assessment carried out by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) of how companies listed on its Main Market communicate. According to the assessment, BT’s strengths lie especially in the availability, organization and presentation of online information on the bank’s website, on the Investor Relations page — a platform that is both one of the bank’s channels for communicating with investors and a corporate communications tool.

The White Paper was published on October 9 this year on the BVB website and is now in its third edition. The analysis was carried out between August and September and covers 85 Romanian companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Through the White Paper and the Guide to Best Practices in Investor Relations, the Bucharest Stock Exchange promotes the highest standards in investor relations.

Banca Transilvania was the first bank in Romania to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in 1997. It is also the longest-standing constituent in the history of the BET index, having been included in the index for 17 years.
