Banca Transilvania, as global coordinator and documentation agent, was part of the bank syndicate that extended EUR 300 million in financing to Autonom Services, with an option to increase the facility by up to EUR 50 million.

The structure of the syndicated financing comprises a revolving credit facility of up to EUR 250 million, intended for the refinancing of existing facilities and for the acquisition of vehicles and equipment, as well as a revolving credit facility of up to EUR 50 million for general corporate purposes.
