Banca Transilvania ranks third among Romania’s best employers, according to BestJobs. The ranking is based on evaluations from more than 100,000 employees of companies listed on the recruitment site.

The criteria considered include job satisfaction, the likelihood that employees would recommend their company, as well as employees’ intention to change jobs in the near future.

BT employs more than 7,000 people, with an average age of 35.
