Banca Transilvania is launching the 100% online APIA Loan for customers receiving subsidies this year. The loan provides the funds farmers need for day-to-day payments until their APIA subsidies are paid.

Depending on when they apply, customers get access to funds in about one hour and, at the latest, by the next business day.

Details of BT’s newest loan:

• Purpose: purchasing raw materials and goods; salaries; payment of utilities, taxes to the state and supplier invoices;
• Amount: up to 90% of the subsidy the BT client is due to receive;
• Loan term: through to receipt of the subsidy;
• Collateral is the subsidy to be received from APIA.

To apply for the loan, customers must have the APIA certificate, and the collection account specified in the certificate must be with Banca Transilvania.

BT has almost 35,000 agribusiness clients. In 2022, the bank granted over 6,000 loans totaling 5.5 billion lei, of which more than 500 million lei were APIA loans.
