A new BT online banking shopping campaign starts today: #MissionPossible means two weeks of discounted loans, so customers are as prepared as possible for the shopping season.

BT has cut the overdraft interest rate from 17% to 9%, and the personal loan with life and unemployment insurance from 9.5% and 10.5% to 7.5%. The STAR Forte card comes with 200 bonus STAR points, the equivalent of 200 lei. BT Pay also has a surprise: a coffee voucher at 5 to Go for the first 10,000 people who download the app and make a payment by phone by 10 November this year.

“Through Mission Possible we’re making it easier for people to access the best promotions and offers before the shopping season starts, so they can secure the money they need for their personal goals in this challenging period. Details of the #MissionPossible offer:

• STAR Forte credit cards: 200 bonus STAR points per card, equivalent to 200 lei, for a loan of at least 2,000 lei and at least 500 lei in card purchases by 31 December this year;
• Practic BT personal loan with life and unemployment insurance, in lei: fixed interest rate of 7.5% p.a.; zero processing fee (versus the standard offer: interest rate of 9.5% or 10.5% for customers who do/do not have their income paid into a BT account, and a 200 lei processing fee);
• Practic BT personal loan, in lei: 8.5% p.a. fixed interest rate; zero processing fee (versus the standard offer: interest rate of 9.9% or 10.9% for customers who do/do not have their income paid into a BT account, and a 200 lei processing fee);
• Practic BT product bundle with life and unemployment insurance, with a fixed interest rate in lei (7% p.a. and zero processing fee) + STAR Forte credit card (200 bonus STAR points, equivalent to 200 lei);
• Overdraft with a fixed interest rate of 9% (versus 17% under the standard offer);
• The first 10,000 people who download BT Pay on their phone for the first time and make at least one payment, also by phone, by 10 November will receive a coffee voucher from 5 to Go. Details are shown in the Offers section of the app.
