Banca Transilvania, in partnership with ACCA — the professional association offering international finance and accounting qualifications — will host an event for large corporates and CFOs on May 29 in Cluj-Napoca, starting at 9:30 a.m., at the CITY Plaza Hotel.

More than 100 CFOs from Cluj’s largest companies are expected to attend. The special guests are Ramzi Watfa, CEO, 6 Sigma Group, and Cristina Gutu, Head of Training Academy, KPMG.

The event will focus on IFRS 9 - practical implications for corporate entities, part of the International Financial Reporting Standards, a topic of great interest to CFOs. The agenda combines presentations with a networking session and will take place in a relaxed setting conducive to sharing views and discussion. The event will be opened by Mihaela Robu, Business Development Manager, ACCA South-Eastern Europe, and BT will be represented by Andrei Dudoiu, Deputy CEO – Corporate Banking.
