Banca Transilvania was recognised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania (CCIR) for the highest growth on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). The gala took place in Bucharest on November 10 this year, at which the National Top of Companies was presented. BT was represented by Andrei Dudoiu, Deputy CEO, Corporate Banking.

The 2016 National Top of Companies is a ranking compiled by CCIR, which considered the best-performing companies across six sectors: industry, services, commerce and tourism, research & development and high-tech, agriculture, forestry and fishing, and construction. More than 660,000 companies were analysed.

The ranking looked at indicators such as net turnover, operating profit, operating margin, workforce efficiency and efficiency in the use of capital employed.
