Telemedicine means fast access from anywhere — by phone, computer or tablet — to medical advice, assistance in emergencies and real-time monitoring of patients throughout treatment.

Banca Transilvania encourages entrepreneurial doctors to implement new ways of working with patients. At the same time, through this service, the bank aims to help foster a more cautious and responsible approach to health among the public, through online consultations with doctors, to receive medical advice and ensure timely treatment for certain conditions.
