BRD Pensii, a pension fund manager on the Pillar II private pension market, has become BT Pensia Noastră (BT Pensia Noastră Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.), after receiving authorization from the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF). The acquisition of BRD Pensii by the Banca Transilvania Financial Group took place in November 2025.

BT Pensia Noastră currently manages the BRD Privately Managed Pension Fund, which has over 600,000 participants. Its name will also be changed after ASF approval, to reflect its affiliation with BT Group.

Participants in the BRD Privately Managed Pension Fund can view in the BT Pay app the total amount accumulated and their monthly contribution history.
