BT Capital Partners (BTCP) advised Brise Group on the successful completion of a transaction that marks the entry of the China Central and Eastern Europe Investment Cooperation Fund (CEE Equity Partners), a private equity fund, into Romania’s agribusiness market.

As a result of this partnership, 15 of Brise Group’s grain silos — with a capacity of 350,000 tonnes — will be upgraded and integrated into Romania’s first open-access infrastructure platform for farmers and traders.
