BT Capital Partners, exclusive financial advisor to QuEST Global Services in its acquisition of IT Six Global
BT Capital Partners, the investment banking arm of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group and Oaklins’ exclusive member in Romania, acted as exclusive advisor on the transaction through which global software giant QuEST Global Services acquired Romanian company IT Six Global.
Founded in 2005, IT Six provides engineering services to clients in healthcare and medical devices, high-tech, transportation and logistics, and high-frequency trading. Its services include software development, custom applications, embedded solutions, mobile applications, quality assurance, testing and IT consulting.
