Banca Transilvania is providing new green financing of EUR 20 million to STC Partners for the development of the Quartier Ferdinand residential complex, located in central Bucharest.

Quartier Ferdinand is the capital’s first residential project pre-certified as ZEB (Zero-Emission Building). Developed on a 4,400 sq m site, it includes 170 apartments, street-level retail, all parking underground, a children’s playground and more. Energy is supplied exclusively by photovoltaic panels and heat pumps integrated into the development.

Launched in autumn last year, Quartier Ferdinand has sold to date over 50% of the entire project, with completion scheduled at the end of 2026.

In 2024, Banca Transilvania financed another STC Partners project, with EUR 10 million earmarked for the expansion of Quartier Azuga in Bucharest.
