A new internship programme at Banca Transilvania, BT Journey, will run from November 20 to December 15 this year, in Cluj-Napoca. It is aimed at those attracted to banking and the idea of working in the industry—final-year undergraduates, master’s students or recent university graduates.

BT Journey combines banking theory, through courses delivered by members of the Banca Transilvania team, with hands-on practice in branches, agencies or at BT’s Head Office.

A similar internship programme organised in May this year had over 20 participants, of whom almost 70% went on to work at Banca Transilvania.
