On 27 September this year, in Bucharest, Banca Transilvania took part in the “IFRS 9 financial impact for corporate entities” conference, organised in partnership with ACCA — the association offering international professional qualifications in finance and accounting — and the audit and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). The event targets large companies and Chief Financial Officers, and focuses on IFRS, namely the International Financial Reporting Standards.

BT was represented by Andrei Dudoiu, Deputy CEO, Corporate Banking, who spoke about the importance of a strong relationship between entrepreneurs and CFOs: “We support entrepreneurial businesses and encourage entrepreneurs to work closely with their CFO; this gives us comfort as their banking partner as well.”
