BT Leasing and ERB Leasing have merged and become a single company, BT Leasing. Banca Transilvania acquired ERB Leasing from Eurobank Group in April this year, together with Bancpost and ERB Retail Services, and the merger marks the end of the integration phase.

What this means for ERB Leasing customers, who from now on will work with BT Leasing:

• They will be working with one of Romania’s leading leasing companies, which has over 5,500 customers and 8,500 contracts.
• Access to both BT Leasing’s financing offers and the BT Financial Group’s integrated offering.
• Leasing contracts signed with ERB Leasing and taken over by BT Leasing through the merger will continue under the same terms.

BT Leasing is part of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group. Its mission is to provide an alternative to bank lending and to encourage investment. The company has been active in the market for over 20 years, during which it has served more than 10,000 customers and concluded over 20,000 contracts.
