BT is getting involved in educating the younger generation by supporting the largest IT event in history, Hour of Code. Coordinated nationally by ADFABER.org, the event invites anyone to spend an hour learning the basics of coding through interactive tutorials on the platform ro.code.org/learn, between December 4–10.

Romania has been part of Hour of Code since 2014. The international movement spans more than 180 countries. Hour of Code aims to help people who have not had exposure to technology and for whom this opportunity could be the start of a successful career in IT.
