BT Securities (BTS), the brokerage arm of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group and Romania’s largest retail broker, is becoming BT Capital Partners. The rebranding marks the successful completion of the transaction between BTS and Capital Partners. In the same context, BT Capital Partners takes on the role of M&A International’s exclusive member in Romania, one of the largest global alliances of independent M&A firms.

In a transaction that took place in March this year, BT Securities acquired the investment banking business of Capital Partners, the leading independent Romanian advisory firm in M&A and corporate finance.
