Banca Transilvania supports the ADN Vocațional project, which will be launched on June 19, 2025, in Bucharest. It has been developed by the team behind Romania’s most listened-to personal development podcast, Mind Architect, hosted by Paul Olteanu.

What ADN Vocațional is:

• It is designed to help people discover their calling and build a career guided by purpose, enjoyment and satisfaction, not just necessity.
  
  
• It aims to shift the paradigm in how people choose and develop their career paths.
  
  
• It offers a clear, practical framework for career guidance, based on an original model, TPVM-P: talents, passions, values, motivations and personality traits.

We go through school focused on evaluation and on the future, we acquire some knowledge, mostly by rote, and, if we’re lucky, some skills as well. Yet we leave school without much clarity about what our Talents, Passions and Values are, or how our own Personality influences our Motivations and behaviour in our future working lives. We then enter the job market full of hope, but also confused — haunted by the pressure not to make mistakes, to prove ourselves, by constant comparison with those around us and, at times, by unrealistic expectations. We fumble our way through our careers, without clarity and under pressure, making decisions about the future without truly knowing ourselves. The world ends up poorer for it — literally and figuratively. We launched this project convinced that work can be meaningful and satisfying, not just about survival or comfort. We believe it’s possible to build, together, a reality in which every Romanian uses their talents every day in the service of something they are genuinely passionate about, lives in line with their own values and personality, and, in the end, gets what motivates them most. All so that we can reach our potential — to discover our Vocational DNA and build a career around it.

At the launch of ADN Vocațional, a study will also be presented on career expectations, job satisfaction and discovering one’s professional calling. The research was carried out between October 1, 2024 and April 30, 2025, on a sample of almost 2,000 people aged 16 to 50.
