The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) awarded Banca Transilvania and BT Capital Partners four prizes for their 2017 performance:

• Most traded stock on BVB’s Main Market in 2017
• Best communication and investor relations strategy by a listed company in 2017
• Best retail brokerage firm in 2017
• Best InvestingRomania.com analyst in 2017 — Irina Railean

Of these awards, the first was decided by BVB, while the other three were chosen by public vote.

Banca Transilvania and BT Capital Partners were represented at the event by: Mihaela Nadasan — Executive Director, Deifri; Irina Railean — Business Analyst; and Daniela Secara — Deputy CEO, BT Capital Partners.

At the opening of the stock market year, awards were presented to companies and individuals who stood out on Romania’s capital market in 2017.

Banca Transilvania was the first bank in Romania to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in 1997. In 2017, BT scored 9.5 out of 10 in the BVB assessment of listed companies’ communication with investors.
