Cosmin Călin has been appointed Deputy CEO Large Corporate, Structured Finance, and Factoring at Banca Transilvania. Having more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, he contributes to the development of one of the bank’s most important business segments.

Since 2018, Cosmin Călin has served as Senior Executive Director for Large Corporate, Structured Finance, and Factoring at Banca Transilvania. Previously, he worked 13 years at Banca Românească, Bancpost, and EFG Bank, building experience in areas such as corporate finance and risk management.

Cosmin Călin is also a member of BT Pensii Board of Directors, a company of Banca Transilvania Financial Group.

In the first quarter of the year, BT’s Large Corporate gross loan portfolio reached RON 36.6 billion, a 1.8% year-to-date increase, while deposits grew by 24% since December 2025.
