At the Stock Market Opening Gala hosted by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on February 19, BT Capital Partners received the award for “Most Active Intermediary on the Bond Market in 2018”, while Banca Transilvania received the award for “Most Traded Stock”.

BT Capital Partners, the investment banking and capital markets division of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group, acting as Lead Manager, arranged throughout 2018 corporate bond issues listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, settled in RON and in euro, with a total value of over EUR 425 million. The award was accepted by Daniela Secara, Deputy CEO, BT Capital Partners.

Banca Transilvania has become a benchmark among investors. Last year, trading in the company’s shares totalled RON 2.5 billion, which accounted for over 20% of the total value of trades on the BVB. The award for the most traded stock was accepted by Mihaela Nadasan, Deputy CEO, Head of FI&M and IR.
