The integration of Țiriac Leasing into the Banca Transilvania Financial Group will be completed soon, and BT Leasing – Țiriac Leasing will become a single company, BT Leasing.

Following the merger, the company will have over 25,000 customers, a portfolio of EUR 500 million and nearly 250 employees.

Information for Țiriac Leasing customers – future BT Leasing customers:

• Contract terms remain the same.
• License plate numbers will be retained until the end of the term stipulated in the contract.
• Optional insurance policies remain unchanged as regards terms and premiums.

The acquisition of Țiriac Leasing by the Banca Transilvania Financial Group took place in June this year, and since then — as this is the integration phase — BT Leasing and Țiriac Leasing have been operating separately, until the merger.

The BT Group will provide further details when the two leasing companies merge.
