A group of more than 20 students has started the BT Journey - Internship cu ZamBT programme at Banca Transilvania. It begins with a theory module of about two weeks, during which participants can become familiar with how a bank operates, directly from employees at BT’s Head Office. The programme then continues with a period in which the students will take part in activities specific to agencies, branches or the Head Office.

The participants are second- and third-year undergraduates, as well as master’s students, from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, the Faculty of Business, the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences, and the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine.

The internship programme is one of BT’s initiatives for young people. Others include jobs, scholarships, supporting events, organising the “Entrepreneurs on Stage. For Students” meetings, as well as the free STAR Student product package.
