Banca Transilvania, a new dimension

More than 600 people from both banks contributed to the success of the process — the acquisition, the integration of Volksbank Romania into Banca Transilvania’s structure, and the merger by absorption — with around 100 of them holding ongoing responsibilities in key areas. Some were on the front line in Cluj and Bucharest, including on New Year’s Eve and during the first days of 2016, to bring the merger of the two banks to a successful close.
