Omer Tetik, Banca Transilvania’s Chief Executive Officer, has been named one of Romania’s most admired CEOs. According to Business Magazin, Omer Tetik ranks second in both the Most Admired Financiers and Most Admired Expats in Romania lists, and sixth in the Top 100 Most Admired CEOs in Romania. The rankings were compiled by the magazine based on nominations from the business community.

This is the third year in a row that Banca Transilvania’s Chief Executive Officer has featured in Business Magazin’s rankings. Last year he received the “Most Spectacular Progress” award, and in 2014, although new to the list, he finished in the top three among the Most Admired Financiers. Omer Tetik is a Romanian citizen of Turkish origin, born in Germany. He has more than 20 years of banking experience and has been CEO of Banca Transilvania since 2013.
