OTP Asset Management S.A.I. S.A. has become Inno Investments S.A.I. S.A.

OTP Asset Management S.A.I. S.A. has been renamed Inno Investments S.A.I. S.A., part of Banca Transilvania Group, and will focus on alternative investment funds, a market with potential in Romania.

Banca Transilvania acquired OTP Asset Management in October 2024, as part of the purchase of OTP Group entities in Romania.
