Transilvania Executive Education (TEE), Banca Transilvania (BT) and  EVERGENT Investments announce the launch of a new competition for four partial scholarships for the TEE Executive MBA – General Management, a 100% British programme accredited by the University of Buckingham. Their total value is almost 33,000 euros. The media partner for the competition is Republica.ro.

BT is awarding two scholarships, the Roberto Marzanati Scholarships, and EVERGENT Investments one scholarship — each covering 50% of the tuition fee. The Executive MBA Alumni community is offering a scholarship for the first time, covering 25% of the tuition.

Executive MBA classes start on 29 February 2024 and are structured into 12 modules: Strategy, Leadership, Systems Thinking, Economics, Complexity, Governance and Digital Transformation. They are taught by professors from universities in Europe — including Romania — and the United States. Sessions take place every six weeks over 18 months. The degree is awarded by the University of Buckingham.

Applicants must have at least three years’ post‑graduation professional experience in an executive role and advanced English.

• 6 November – 3 December (update 4 December 2023: the new deadline is 10 December): Apply for the competition on the MBA website
• 4–11 December (update 4 December 2023: the new timeframe is 11–17 December): Candidate evaluation
• 12 December (update 4 December 2023: the new date is 18 December): Scholarship winners announced on the website and social media channels of Transilvania Executive Education.

UPDATE - To apply for the competition, the following are required: 

• Complete the two steps in the competition application form, available on the TEE website:
  • a business plan, using the template in the application form;
  • an essay answering the question: How is technology changing the way managers organise their work?
• A CV in English and/or a link to the LinkedIn profile included in the application email. It is recommended that the CV include all achievements in the professional, academic and social spheres.
• A letter of recommendation, in English, from a business partner or an employer.
• Send the above documents to office@teecluj.ro by 3 December this year (inclusive) — (update 4 December 2023: the new deadline is 10 December).
